EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
Because I’m not sure where my readers are coming from, I should mention EFT, a tool that I use to address emotional – and some physical – issues. It’s been around for over 20 years and has helped a lot of people. But just in case you haven’t heard of it, EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, also called tapping. Despite the name, it can be used for both emotional AND physical issues.
“Someday the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools, as it is for me.”
— Eric Robins, MD
The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.

and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties. Properly applied, over 80% of the people willing to try it achieve either noticeable improvement or complete cessation of the problem. It’s a great tool!
- Often works where nothing else will.
- Usually rapid, long lasting and gentle.
- No drugs or equipment involved.
- Easily learned by anyone.
- Can be self-applied.
Gary Craig is the creator of EFT and used to offer a lot of information on his site emofree.com which is now just one page long as he’s ‘retired’ from EFT work, I guess. So just google EFT to find out lots more.
